I caught a few video clips during our strength workouts last week, you gotta check out the inspiring video!

These are some of our final workouts at Capital Jiu-Jitsu.

Soon we will be on solid ground to perform our lifts!

We will be instantly stronger moving to solid flooring in our brand new facility verse the padded MMA mats at Capital, you are going to love it!

We will be able to lift heavy loads and safely drop them!

The owner of Jungle’s Gym has been less then happy with our heavy lifting, this has made programming the workouts a bit difficult…not any more!

At the New CrossFit Oldtown we will have 22 barbells, 6 squat racks, and ton’s of weights – as strong as everyone is getting, we’ll need it!
